Hi,

I have above camera, Sony USB driver installed. Set Peferences>General to autodetect camera. Downloader Pro cannot see the camera.

Have I done everything right?

Any ideas why no success?

DLPro can download directly from Canon cameras. It can also download directly from other makes of cameras which appear as a drive letter in Windows Explorer in which case you treat it like a card reader and set the image source to card reader and enter the drive letter.
Otherwise you will need to use a card reader to download using DLPro. I always use a card reader to download my images because the download speed is much faster.
