I need to save different Cards from a shooting into one Folder like this:

D:\Photo\RAW\%y-%m%D_

File name:
%y-%m%D-%n2

It's possible to number consecutively? After the first card i become this Warning: "There are one file which can't be downloaded"

Other Question:
It's possible to fix the download preview into the preferences

You could use the "Downloads today" token %R to prefix the download sequence number or the time the picture was taken (%t) or the image number given by the camera (%r). The %N tokens always start from 1 with each download otherwise it makes it very difficult for DLPro to keep track of which files have been downloaded.
