I know this is probably a simple fix but I just can't seem to get it to work.

Installed Downloader Pro and registered. The app reads the files on the card fine but when I press ctrl-a to select all files, click download, and tell it to Download All or Download Selected the dialogue box goes away but the files are not downloaded. Nothing I do seems to get the files to download. Any ideas/suggestions?

skip the ctrl-a step.

Thanks for the tip, but I have tried all options without success. Download all, download selection, hit the download button without selecting anything...

The card reader is visible and the files are accessible, but will not download with Downloader Pro. There must be a simple answer, but I can't find it!

Any other suggestions greatfully accepted...

I had a similar problem which I solved by unintsalling and then re-installing the program. I hope that this helps!

Re-installation has indeed fixed the problem.
