I am experiencing problems with downloader pro. When I start to download, it will cut off the download and stop it altogether. Is there an upgrade that I need to install? If not, any suggestions.

The first thing to check that you are running the latest version, Downloader Pro v1.7. You can check for updates by selecting "Check for updates" from the Help menu in Downloader Pro.
