External storage and folder removal?

Hello,
I downloaded the trial of downloader pro and have a question. When I download a CF card with the \DCIM\XXXCanon\Files.jpg directory structure, it copies the files and removes the entire structure from the card. That's great because it is now a empty and clean card.

However, when I try the same thing with my Image Tank with the "Scan whole drive" setting turned on, it finds the files, downloads them, removes the files, but leaves the directory structure. I then end up with empty CF00000X\DCIM\XXXCanon directories all over the place.

Is there a way of making downloader pro remove these directories from my Image Tank after downloading the images?

Of course it is past my bedtime so I might be imagining the whole thing, but that is how it seems to be working.

DLPro will only remove the directory if it is empty. I don't have an Image Tank and so I can't test this, but it is possible that it creates additional files in the directory which prevents DLPro from deleting it.
