View Full Version : Reinstalling BB problem

Uninstalled BB2.11 due to "open with" always came up with BB2.8 even though I went thru browse and selected BBPro.
Reinstallation never completes. "Cannot install..............PsdkReg.dll" is as far as it gets. (D/l BB2.11 from web this afternoon, PC, winxp, sp2).
Suggestions?

Did you try a reboot? Perhaps the DLL was in use by a program that was hanging in the background...

That was the problem! Thanks, did not think about re-booting after the uninstall. BB up and running.

Glad you're up and working!

It's not the first time I've seen some program give that error message while installing...
