MS KB908531 seems to prevent BBP from loading. It also triggers verclsid.exe which is part of the MS patch for XP.
I also show in processes breezebrowser.exe executing twice even after removing the MS patch... I think this might be normal.
After removing the MS patch BBP loads correctly.

Solution was suggested that HP Share-to-web application was the problem.
I removed my all my HP scanner software and all is cured.

I also find BBP leaves two Breezebrowser.exe in processes even after exiting and of course it doen't release memory associated with each instance.

Right now BBP is not running and I have SIX instances in processes.

Solution was suggested that HP Share-to-web application was the problem.
