I wonder if anyone has experienced this mystifying problem? I run BBPro on an XP desktop (patched up to date) which is a member of a Windows Domain. I have a mixture of local disc drives and network drives running on the file server / domain controller. If I convert RAW to jpeg using a network drive no errors are reported, just that the finished jpeg file is small (28Kb) and contains only a tiny fragment of converted image. If I use a local disc drive for the jpeg the conversion works fine. I have a Canon 20D camera.
My network drives operate OK with Breeze Downloader Pro and with all other regular Windows applications. What is more bizarre is when I first installed BBPro (v1.3.2) it worked fine in this respect. I just installed v1.4.2 but it hasn't made any difference.
Any one had this problem before and any one got any ideas how to fix it?
I'm a UK user and was recommended BBPro by an American friend and have found its an indispensable tool.
