Background colour selection for HTML

Can someone point me to where I can introduce a different background colour to the HTML page generator, please?

And, the inevitable question, once I am shown where to do it, can someone tell me how I define a colour.

You can do this by editing the tag in the HTML template
e.g. for gray text on a black background. Please see any reference on HTML for more details.

I'm being very thick. I can't find the HTML file containing the word body.

I had not realised that I needed to type Edit to get into those HTM files.
