You very kindly wrote an application for altering camera parameters on Canon digital cameras. Unfortunately, I can’t remember what it is called nor can I find it on your website.

You can do this using Downloader Pro.
When Canon changed their SDK last year there was a period when Downloader Pro could only connect directly to Canon PowerShot cameras and not to Canon EOS cameras. The latest version of Downloader Pro (v1.6.2) can connect to both PowerShot and EOS cameras and you can set the owner's name and the camera's clock from "Camera settings" dialog (accessed via the File menu).
