Hi,

I've been using DL for the last year without problems and I'm sure I'm not the first to say what a fantastic peice of software it is.

However I have just tried to use the JPEG Resolution plug-in for the first time (actually I didn't know it was there!) to have my JPEGs open in PS at 300dpi rather than 72dpi. Enabeling this plug-in prevented DL from deleting the files from the memory card. This is what happened:

DL seemed to do everything else normally - created a directory structure, renamed the files, downloaded them, but when it got the point where it should have deleted them, it said there were "x problem files that needed attention" and the status had changed to "size different".

Can anyone shed any light on this?

My apologies if I am inadvertantly asking a daft question, or haven't included pertinent information.

Many thanks

Mark

Mark, there is an option in preferences to ignore the file size check. You need to set this when using options which change the size of the file e.g. adding IPTC data or embedding color profiles.

Thanks Chris - I was sure it would just be a little thing somewhere. :D

BTW - were you at Focus ? I didn't see Breeze Systems anywhere.

I went to Focus as a visitor. BTW There were various people using my products on their stands.
