Repost- raw to one disk, jpg to another

Hi, this is a repost because my last one didn't show up.

Is it possible to have my 1DMKII and 20D raw files go to one hard drive and jpg files go to another? I keep them on different drives so I can back up my raw files easily to CD or DVD.
