I have a lot of pictures taken before I bought Breeze downloader and browser program on a drive called Pictures. I have all my pictures in folders numbered 001 + and then under a subject such as 2007 vacations. Example: J:\Pictures\2007 Vacations
In downloader pro I select the source such as the above source and I have noticed that if there are sub folders they are loaded also. Is there a way to only select the folder needed for processing and not the sub directories? What I am trying to do is take hundreds of folders on the J drive and process them out like I would a compact flash card and have them processed to date folders. Not sure this is clear but the sub folder items being included is a real irritant, of which I would like to avoid - thanks

Sorry there isn't a way to tell DLPro to ignore subfolders. The open folder is really intended for downloading images from an external drive when you normally want to point it at the root folder and have it scan all the subfolders for images.

Perhaps I have not understood correctly, but I do not quite see why you wish to 'download' only from the parent folders and not from the sub-folders. If you could give a full path specification for the source and destination of one or more files, that might help.
If you have a fair amount of hard disk space (or buy an eternal USB or Firewire drive), you could copy a parent folder to a temporary location, delete the sub-folders from the copy and 'download' from there. However, without more information, I cannot sensibly suggest how you might then deal with the sub-folders (assuming you need to).

Here is an example of a folder and sub folder of pictures that was taken over 2 days or so of different shots:
Temp 110 10202005 (all pictures found in this folder and sub folders were downloaded from a compact flash card on 10/20/2005 and seperated into subfolders by subject.
sub folder rock climbing
sub folder four wheeling
sub folder Tammy birthday party
After buying breezebrowser and download pro I wanted to select a folder to process per date F:\Miles Pictures\{J}\{T8}\{Y}\{b}\{D}\{J} sub folder rock climbing to download and process that subject set only but download pro processes all sub folders and puts all sub folders into rock climbing job code folders. Not sure this is making sense yet. I wanted to use dowloader pro to select source, pointing to rock climbing and using the above directory structure and rock climbing job code to process those files. But everything ends up being processed. Also the option to delete the org files is not deleting them after the download.

One thing you could do is switch to the list view and then click on the "Source" column heading to sort by source folder. This will group the images from each folder together so that you can easily select them for downloading.

Chris's suggestion seems to provide the easiest solution, particularly when used in conjunction with the drop-down list of used download folder names, which will reduce the amount of typing needed when you change the download folder name.
