View Full Version : RAW conversion problem

Just noticed on my ski pictures that when selecting a WB with the dropper tool and converting from RAW, this WB is lost and the (As Shot) WB is used (Canon G3 file) . Is this the known bug that is fixed in version 2.11.1?

Unfortunately, my registration has expired as of January, what should I do, re-install a previous version 2.10 to have the WB correct?

It's due to a bug in the latest Canon PowerShot SDK which affects all PowerShot cameras except the G6, Pro1, S60 and S70. I have reported the bug to Canon and hopefully it will be fixed in the next release. BreezeBrowser v2.11.1 has a workaround for the bug which works for single images but unfortunately you can't set a custom white point and apply it to several images until Canon fix the SDK bug.
