View Full Version : Conversion Greyed out for 20D raw files

I can convert D30 raw files in BB however raw conversion options are greyed out for 20D raw files. Suggestions! Thank you.

Are you using the latest version of BreezeBrowser (v2.11.1)?
The 20D writes .CR2 raw files which is a new file format that isn't recognized by earlier versions of BB. Please select "Check for updates" from the help menu to check for the latest version of BB.

Thanks Chris. I upgraded my computer and my backup copy of BB was only v2.9 and when v2.11 came out I forgot to change my backup copy.
