Not sure if this is the right forum to post this, if not, please move to the correct forum.

I have visited many sites that advertise "photo booth" services. Some of these sites list accessories such as coffee cups, picture frames/holders, key chains and the like.

A search for these items did not turn up satisfactory results.

Two of the items I was interested in:

Coffee cups that accept a strip and have a “snap-on” ring to secure the strip in place

The acrylic frame that holds a 2X8 inch strip (the frame is clear, stand on it’s own and can display images on both sides)

Others may have accessories that they cannot find.

If you can help, please post a link.

Thanks,
Qapla!

The lack of response leads me to guess at this:

No one has read this post... (145 views)

Others do not know any suppliers for these items... (hmmmm)

Suppliers for these items are highly guarded secrets... (??????)

I am trying to get started with a booth. I located most of the items I need ... just a few things left to acquire.

Knowing where I could locate these items would help.

Thanks

I would guess most people just don't know where to get this stuff, because most people probably don't offer it. If you are just getting started, I would focus much more on building a booth that works well and a making nice website before I wasted time with this extra add on products that aren't necessary to get started. These things can always be added later if you see a demand for it.

From my experiences, most people don't seem to care all that much about the extra little products, and they don't sell great. These things aren't cheap to buy wholesale, so once you put on enough markup to make the hassle of offering them worth it, they cost so much extra, people don't think it is worth it. Most people have to find room in their budget just to pay for the rental, and therefore options for most are kept to a minimum. 90% of people are just going to care about having fun and getting a great picture. I've never had anyone ask about frames or mugs or anything like that.

With that said, I have no idea where to get those cups. 2x8 frames aren't easy to find either since it is a specialty size. However, you can find some here (http://www.wholesalecentral.com/jacs/Store.cfm?event=itemdetail&itemid=916120&returnto=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Ewholesalecentral%2Ecom %2Fjacs%2FStore%2Ecfm%3Fevent%3Dshowcatalog%26cati d%3D51661) as well as on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/Photobooth-picture-frame-acrylic--photo-strip-2x8-1-dz-_W0QQitemZ140336885497QQcmdZViewItem).

Here is some of the people that have contacted us who offer those kind of services. While we do not offer them, same reasoning as above, most of the time it dosn't sell too well. Anyway, here's the info we had.

My company, Magically Magnetic has been the leader in the production of magnetic photo frames since 1989 when I designed the first pocket style magnetic frames. Recently, I created some magnetic strip photo frames for a couple to use at their wedding. They had arranged to have a rental photo booth at their reception and they wanted my frames for their guests as a party favor to remember the affair. I can now make these strip style magnetic frames for any size strip photos and am writing to see if you would like to receive a free sample. I think my strip photo frames would be a natural add-on purchase item with your special occasion photos. Here is a link to my web site and the page for my strip frames frames. http://www.lyt.com/servlet/the-file/custommagframes.html/Page
We have lots of different styles and sizes of magnetic frames to fit all the standard photo sizes. Check them out on our site at http://www.lyt.com/servlet/the-file/magneticframes.html/Page
Drop us an email at [email protected] for a free sample pack or call us with questions at 724-352-3747.
My frames make it safe, fun and easy to display and protect your favorite photos anywhere, at home, school or at work and they're mailable too.
