I was wondering if there is a way to rotate the captions under Photobooth Settings as this feature would be more useful to me if the caption can run lengthwise.

Sorry, you can't rotate the caption text. If the text is fixed you could add it to the background or overlay images using whatever orientation you like.

Unfortunately, it is a dynamically generated text so I can't just add it to one of the layout jpgs :( I guess it would be a feature request then....
