I'm still fathoming out what's the idea solution here..
Drawings are being made, a modular system is taking shape but I'm still banging my head on camera choice.
All base DSLR's are out I think as they all fail on the power supply. Apparently nothing low-end supports mains power adaptors, relying on just batter power.
Already asked and answered was the live-view option for the Nikon cameras.
Now I'm eyeing up a G10 or G11 camera and trying to find the video over USB resolution. I just read one place that says it's 320x240. Rather small unless you use the VGA output instead.
Anyone have more info to the ''live view'' res of these cameras?
