Just two things I noted about the two Web sites (main and forum):
1. I haven't yet found a direct link from the forum site to your main site. I'd use the logo in the upper left corner for it.
2. It would be a good idea to put a direct link to the forum site right in the main navigation bar on your main site. Particularly since you made the recent changes on the homepage, relegating the "New forum" link to somewhere hidden in the support page.*
*"hidden" as in "hard to find in all the info", not as in "intentionally kept from view".
