Uploading images to facebook or twitter as taken?

I don't know if this would be required to be part of the software. I have done internet research on how to upload automatically from a computer and found nothing.

I would like to be able to, like the new Fantasy Entertainment booth, to be able to upload images as they are taken to Facebook or Twitter as long as there is an internet connection. Is this something Chris needs to add to the software or is there a way to do this own our own?
