I paid for an upgrade over an hour ago and I still have heard nothing from your company. Pay Pal took the money out of my account. But I do not have an e-mail from your company with the new upgrade number to input into the software for it to go beyond evaluation. What does an electronic transaction take more than a few seconds?

It took 4 hours to receive the new registration code. You guys need to work on this. Most people are used to immediate responses, especially when the money is taken immediately out of one's bank account.

Waiting a few hours is strange for this day and age. Please work on this as I would like to purchase the BrowserPro soon.

We try to process orders as quickly as possible but upgrade purchases have to be processed manually and may take a bit longer than other purchases.
