We are having problems completing a download from an Epson P7000 Multimedia Photo Viewer.
Here are the exact words that came up on the screen
On Pop Up Screen it said - Error: Access violation at 0x00496 (tried to read from 0X7F7B844) program terminated
On Downloader Pro Screen it said - 8351 files to down load of which 1 were problem flies
Total attempted down load from Epson Multi Media Storage Viewer P-7000 was 9744 images so some images down loaded. Tried several times and the program terminated at a different number of downloads - not at a consistent point or number.
A couple of days ago we tried it and it downloaded probably about half of the 9744 files and crashed, we didn't get the error message recorded. Started all over and then it downloaded down to about 1350 left and after that we got a message that had something about "image exists" in it, but the image wasn't on the computer, yet. We were dead in the water after that. Before trying the above in the quotes, we moved all the files elsewhere and tried again.
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64bit
BreezeBrowser and DownloaderPro are the latest versions.
Any ideas?
