I'm having good luck with the script and the new video mode when playback is not used. When playback is used, the 2nd consecutive recording always locks up (the green record bar stays on the screen) at the end of the recording. Also, the hotkey script that works great without the playback mode will not work with in video mode with playback. Do I need to add something to the script to default back to the photo mode after playback?
I'm using a Canon T2i, 20mbps card, Dell Core2Duo laptop. I have tested all HD/SD recording formats.
Otherwise, Chris, thanks for a great piece of software!

It could be the script that is causing the problem. Which script are you using and does video playback work if you don't use the script?
You can switch back to stills photo booth mode using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P (this is ignored if it is already in stills photo booth mode).

Chris,
I have tried the playback both with the script, and with the script disabled with the same results. (F8) Video records fine initially, but after the playback of the first video the screen freezes at the last frame and when I record my second consecutive video (hitting F8 again), the video freezes at the end of the recording with the green bar frozen on the screen:( I tried with the T2i last night and again with the 7D this morning (with 2 different cards)- same result.
I tried this again this morning with two other different laptopa (a Dell Vostro 1500 and a Dell D620) with the same result:(
Again, the video mode works fine without playback, but I would like to add this feature:)

Do you have the latest version of Quicktime installed?
