I have set up a video booth, the laptops are only notebooks, however there is lag in the live veiw when recording, has anyone got any ideas of how to sort this??
Also is there anything i can do to shorten the time it takes to download the video to notebook??
Have a good day :)

There will always be some delay because the camera has to grab the images, encode them as JPEGs, download them to the PC via USB which then has to decode the JPEGs before displaying them on the screen. The delay is typically around 1/5 sec but could be longer if the computer is very slow or if the USB connection is slow (i.e. USB 1.1 not USB 2.0).
The time to download the videos will depend on the size of the video file, the duration of the clip, the speed of the memory card, the speed of the USB link and the speed of the computer. A 1080p video file will be much larger than a 640x480 video file and will take proportionally longer to download to the PC.
