Does anyone know of a tool that I can purchase to design background and borders with some pre-designed stuff already? I am looking for something similar here www.portablefunbooth.com and http://portablefunbooth.com/ainzley.

Thanks asyang. I appreciate the offer. I was looking for something that will make it easier to design a background rapidly and with the ability to use different graphics and change them a desired.

One way is to use an image editor (e.g. Photoshop or Photoshop Elements) that supports layers and use a separate layer for the background, border, logos, captions etc. Then keep a master copy of the background in a suitable format (e.g. Photoshop's PSD format), modify the appropriate layer for each job as required and then save a copy as a JPEG.
