Hey All!
I wanted to pick your brain and ask you a question... I have some meetings after the first of the year with some event planners in hopes of getting on their vendor list and was wondering what kind of material should I go into this meeting with? I know I should bring some sample print outs of my photo strips and some type of printed materials (brochure or letter) but I'm looking for something more specific. Do I need to draw up a letter stating what we have offer them or some kind of letter to that effect? Those are the points I need specific help with cuz I'm just drawing a blank right now and the last thing I want to do is go in and look like an amateur!
I"ve been online searching "how to sell a service to event planners" but have come up short which is why I am here asking my fellow photo booth colleagues.
If anyone can help guide me or give me an outline of what to draw up in my printed material I would highly appreciate it.
Thanks Much and Happy Holidays to all!!
Cheryl
