UPphoto doesnt seem to be uploading properly. I am just getting a red cross in the icon tray and nothing uploads. Anyone have the same problem?

I asked it to download all my photos on FB and then it REPOSTED every single one of my pictures from the past few years to my wall. It confused the S#!t out of all my friends.
