wondering how would we burn our video clips at the end of the event
so that it's one consecutive clip on the customer's DVD when they decide to
watch it. Would we need to rearrange the clips in the file so that they are
consecutively burned? Is there any program you suggest?

you're never gonna have time to do this at the end of an evnet. figgure at least 15 to 30 minutes.
that is why we use usb memory sticks
pinnacle studio is a good basic video editor that can do what you want.
