Would it be possible in a future update to include the option to zoom inand out in live view mode, so the customer may choose to zoom in on head shot and also zoomout to include the little ones standi g on the floor.

Canon PowerShot cameras have power zooms which can be controlled in PSRemote's photobooth mode. DSLRs don't have power zooms and so the software would have to use digital zoom. This might be feasible with Canon DSLRs because the live view is a reasonable resolution (1056x704 pixels) but it probably wouldn't work very well with Nikon DSLRs which only have a live view resolution of 640x426 pixels.
