I have had this problem after loading the newest dslr242 version. In Video Booth Mode, after it takes the video, the "please wait" screen pops up and never goes away. When I hit escape the camera is stuck in "movie" mode and only reverts if I close the program and reopen.

I did fix it by downgrading to the previous version of dslr remote but I am not sure it it will reappear at an event.

I am using the Canon t3i camera. Any suggestions on if there is something silly I am doing? Anyone else have this issue?

I'm sorry I'm out of the office for the next few weeks and I don't have a Canon EOS 600D (aka Rebel T3i) with me to test this. I will look into it as soon as I can.

The latest Canon libraries appear to handle video slightly differently compared to previous versions and this is causing problems with some camera models. I've found the cause of the problem and this development release should fix the problem:
