Hi Chris,

I have tried to create an AHK for the flipbook software based on the processing one for photo booths but it seems that the window title structure doesn't work in the same way with this software as it does with the photo booths…

I am wanting to add an AHK window with an animated gif that comes on when the countdown.jpg is active and goes off when the capturing.jpg is active. Using the window spy utility the window title for all the windows in flipbook "full screen" are the same — Flip Book Photobooth EVF — so I can't specify when the window needs to show and when to hide using the ifwinexist as per the photobooth scripts, which use the Breeze Sys Photobooth and the file path to the screen image as their titles.

Is there any thing you can suggest as a work around to this?

I hope that made some sort of sense!

Also as a suggestion currently after the capture is made the screen goes back to the ready screen, could this be a different screen i.e review.jpg that has the same button functions as the ready screen but for customised screens would make more sense. For instance at the moment I have customised the ready screen with a picture of my branded covers and an "are you ready to be a star in your own flipbook movie" message so when this comes up after the capture it doesn't make sense. Whereas if there was a review screen it could say something along the lines of "OK lets check your movie out and get printing". I know that it would be a manned session anyway with a member of staff doing the controlling but as there is no LV on those screens it would be nice to make them relevant to the stage in the session especially in noisy environments.

Thanks

Elliott

I will change it to set the window title to the screen pathname like our other photobooth software.

Thanks for the suggestion for a review screen after capturing the clip. I'll give it some thought.

As ever thanks Chris, I look forward to this change so that I can use AHK in much the same way as with the photo booths.

I've got a flipbook job on Thurs evening for a social network company's summer party, so I'll be giving your software a go for the first time in a real environment rather than my testing set up and let you know how it performs compared to my other software! Hopefully they "like it" ;)
