I am currently using a touchscreen. I have used the keyboard from within DSLR remote before and now for some reason It does not show up in the beginning or the end of the sequence. I purchased the hotfolder prints to email the photos to the people and now I can not get the keyboard to display. Any pointers as to what went wrong that would be great, have a couple more events this weekend I would like to be able to use this for.

Please check that the output option is not set to "None". If it is set to "None" the booth will skip the output processing and not display the touchscreen keyboard.

It is set to print and save.

Problem resolved. I added a profile and had it default to it and the keyboard command was in profile 1 if that makes any sense.
