This problem has happened twice this week.

I shot 2 jobs where I used more than 1 CF card. In both situations I reformatted the cards on the job. I'm using a Nikon D2Hs camera.

I can download the first card with no problems. But when I put in the second card, I get a message that the size is different and DL won't download the second card.

I revert to using Nikon view and both cards can download fine.

It sounds as though the image filenames on both CF cards are the same. You need to either set your camera to use continuous numbering (as opposed to resetting to 0001 each time an empty card is loaded) or setup DLPro so that the download names are different. You could try setting the download name to %t_%o (the time the shot was taken followed by the original filename).
