Is there a way to proof a directory tree with corresponding output tree?

You can only run proofs on the current directory.
There is a trick you can use to get BBPro to load files from multiple directories but it will only create the proofs in a single output directory. To do this use Windows Explorer to search for the files and then select all the search results and drag and drop them into BBPro. Please use this with care as BBPro isn't designed to work this way, but it can be a useful technique.

OK, thanks.
Any plans for it..?

Yes, this will probably be added, but not quite in the same way as recursive HTML generation works. I have some ideas but need to think about how it fits in with other features in the works.

This would be a very handy feature!
I'm currently looking to proof entire shoots to keep a degraded, but fullsize copy of it on a local harddrive. I would prefer to maintain the original directory structure.
