small bug with tag icon

When I'm in full screen view, if I've tagged an image, the tag icon along the toolbar (checkmark) is disabled (gray). But in thumbnail or filmstrip view, it is not.

The toolbar icon should probably be consistently disabled in all three views.

The tag and untag buttons operate slightly differently in the main view from the way they work in the other views. In main view they only apply to the displayed image and so they can be enabled or disabled according to the tag status. In the other views the tag and untag buttons apply to all selected images and, since some of these may be tagged and others untagged, it doesn't make sense to enable and disable the buttons.
