Batch conversion

Folks, this may be the dumbest question on this forum, but I just cannot figure out a way to convert a btach of tagged images from Canon RAW format to TIFF - or any other format, for that matter. Even when I select a number of files and tag them, only one is converted. If I therefore have 10 files to convert, I need to go through the process 10 times ... very frustrating!

The help files are, as you all know, quite primitive and virtually unusable, so perhaps soemone has figured this out. I am dying to know! :)

OK, thanks guys, I found the answer. And so I was right, it was a pretty dumb question. Just had to find that little button that says "Convert Selected"! :)
