What is the correct procedure to download from 2 readers at the same time?

Is there a command line option when starting the program to select which reader to look at?

Then maybe I could start 2 instances one for each reader

If you're running Windows XP you can let AutoPlay launch separate copies of DLPro for each card reader. AutoPlay calls DLPro with the card reader drive letter in the command line and so each instance will look at the correct card reader. You can do this manually by appending the drive letter to the command line used to launch DLPro.
