I would like to try the new 1dmk2 profiles included with v1.0.2 but just don't "get" how to set it up in bbp. In other packages you set the desired color space for the converted file (Adobe RGB) and the camera profile (from AboutDigicam in this case).
Before the AboutDigicam profiles I had Auto embed sRGB and AdobeRGB selected , along with Embed color profile in images. With both selected, auto sRGB and auto AdobeRGB would appear in the associated box. This worked as expected - the colors look right and the exif data for the output files say AdobeRGB.
To use the new profiles I've turned off the auto embed options, selected embed color profile, and picked the 1dmk2 profile supplied by AboutDigicam. But this feels wrong and the results seem to support that feeling. The resulting output file shows "1DMkII TrueColor-Non-Linear" as the color space and the colors look wrong.
What am I missing?
