I purchased the download pro using paypal, and 29.95 was removed from my checking account 2 days ago, but I have gotten no emails or serial numbers from Breeze.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Is there an alternative way to get the serial number, or perhaps my money back?

1. Check your anti-spam measures. Very often legitimate mail ("false positives") are sorted as spam.
2. Check your ISP's spam settings.
3. Usually Mr Breeze is quick but sometimes - i.e. if he's in the field or on holiday - it can take a while to process orders.
