Chris:
For my workflow I'm trying to workout, I like to review my pictues and delete the "bad" ones. I understand with BBP I have the option of the recycle bin or a "deleted" subfolder in the file's current folder.
What would be more usefull for me is a single target folder for all deleted images. This is similar to the recycle bin except for these things:
1) recycle bin needs to be restored to use/review the deleted pic. If you restore it, youhave to go hunt it down it a complex folder heiarchy (if you haev a lot of pics - I do).
2) recycle bin is mixed with everything else that's going on on the PC and now I have to be carefull to treat it special for the deleted pics
3) Some of us ahev recycle bin turned off on media drives (I do) to save space
As for the deleted subfolder, this is a step in that direction, but if you have lots of folders, you end up with lots of deleted subfolders. This is a maintenance hassle.
The ability to have a 3rd choice of a user-defined specific (constant) deleted folder on the same (or a different drive) that remains constant would eb a superior option IMO. i.e. d:\deleted-pics. This would put them in one place, segregated from other system activities, able to review without restoral, and able to do a final delete in one swoop.
Best,
Scott
