Open default directory

Is there any way I can set BreezeBrowser to open the same directory every time the application starts? For example, always open f:\digital_pics regardless of the last directory that was "browsed".

Also, can the options on the toolbar be customized? I'd like to setup the app to have forward/backward and the thumbnail icons only. This is so my children can browse/view pictures without me having to worry about them deleting or changing anything.
